Minimum Order

UK -Your Initial order must be above £300. Subsequent order minimum is only £150.00 

Overseas- Minimum order value always £300

Delivery Charges

UK - Free delivery for all orders over £500 

For orders below £500 there is a £10 fee.

Overseas - All charges are set at a ‘per box’ rate and dependant upon country. One of our boxes can hold about £800 worth of clothes. We can also provide EXW (For you to arrange shipping if you wish)

Despatch Time

Orders from stock will normally be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order and full payment, subject to stock availability and our standard trade terms.

Return of faulty items

Please contact Frugi within 7 days of delivery should you receive any damaged, faulty or incorrect goods. We’ll then sort it out for you ;-)
